Silver Member can enjoy member-only benefits upon purchase of Silver Point Products with the card. In addition, for any single purchase over $100*, Silver Member is entitled to earn "Silver Points" and purchase products with "Silver Points".

* Purchasing amount exclude the purchase of gift card and gift voucher. Purchasing amount based on value after membership discount.
*Present a valid Silver Card before earning / using "Silver Points". Photocopies of the card will not be accepted.
"Silver Points" can be used to purchase products
"Silver Points" can be used to purchase Dried Seafood, Selected Health Products, Japanese & Korean Products, International Products, Made In Hong Kong or other selected products. 1 point = HKD 1.
"Silver Points" can still be valid after upgrading to Gold or Platinum Card.
Criteria for new members
Make a single purchase of 2 or more Silver point or gold point items^ for HK$500# or above, you are entitled to apply for our Silver Card Member.
^Definitions of 1 item：
1. Minimum retail unit of unpacked Bird's Nest, unpacked Cordyceps sinensis and unpacked Wild American Ginseng can be defined as 1 purchasing item；
2. All prepackaged goods can be defined as 1 purchasing item；
3. Shopping bag, paper bag, free gift, gift card, gift voucher, cooking service and rental service of cooler bag cannot be defined as 1 purchasing item.

How to get upgraded?
Members who has accumulated the purchase amount over HKD10,000# within one year, are entitled to be upgraded to Gold Card or over HKD100,000# are entitled to be upgraded to Platinum Card respectively.

In order to exchange for a new card, member must visit any shop of Hong Kong in person. "Silver Points" can still be valid after upgrading the membership type.
